With over 30 years in the industry, Wayne has the experience and know-how to manage the Workplace Alliance team and ensure every task and project is carried out on time and on budget, to the satisfaction of each and every client.

Michael brings more than 35 years of experience in project supervision across all aspects of industry to his role as Project Supervisor at Workplace Alliance.

Craig Kerr-Nelson

Facilities General Manager

Craig is an experienced professional, with considerable expertise in general engineering (Heavy Industry & Textiles). Craig is an integral part of our Textile unit, managing a team of six trades and associated support staff. Craig embodies Workplace Alliance ethics of honesty, integrity and challenge.

Andrew Burke

Design Engineering Division Manager

A builder with more than 30 years’ experience in construction. Andrew heads a team of carpenters, painters, plasterers, concreters and tilers- a complete one stop shop. This allows us to provide a complete suite of services to all our clients.

Luke Sharry

Administration/Payroll/Human Resource

Luke is extremely experienced in Payroll and Bookkeeping as well as possessing a wealth of knowledge in employee relations and recruitment.

Scott Crowhurst

WPA Site Supervisor (Godfrey Hirst)

Workplace Alliance are proud to announce the appointment of Scott Crowhurst in the position of WPA Site Supervisor at Godfrey Hirst. Scott has been with WPA for several years & succeeded Craig Kerr Nelson who retired in November 2024. Scott brings a wealth of experience from Melbourne Water as a planner. Scott is married with a young family. We welcome Scott & know he will put his own stamp on the greater WPA team across all GH sites
