Local Community Commitment
We employ only local people including apprentices.
We source local parts and materials at competitive rates whenever possible.
We are heavily invested in our community, sponsoring and growing Women’s AFL. We are the major sponsor of Embrace Awareness, a local charity dedicated to Domestic Violence and its impact on children.
Workplace Alliance is proud to actively work with the local Indigenous Co-operative the Wathaurong Community. We also actively promote opportunities for young people through Traineeship Programs supported by the G Force Group. We also advocate STEM careers for young people, actively participating in promoting STEM within schools and other local community locations.
Additionally, we give back to the community by working with return to work groups such as IPAR by giving injured workers a chance to retrain and re enter the workforce.
Workplace Alliance prides itself on providing opportunities for people of all abilities and backgrounds.
Managing Director, Wayne Allan says “We are working on a number of community projects including working closely with Geelong AFL legend Matt Stokes to provide opportunities for local indigenous youth through his SEEKER.Global program.”
“We believe in the circular economy in supporting local business and community, providing opportunities for those who need our support and belief.”
As a member of the GROW network we pride our collaborative approach with our employees, clients, suppliers and our local community.
