Workplace Alliance is proud to announce its continued involvement in the Geelong City Council’s mentor program. Ravi has played his part in this noble system which partners professionals as mentors and students from Deakin University as Mentee’s. Since completing the program, Ravi, an Electrical Engineering Graduate from Deakin, has earned a full time position through his hard work and commitment. This great success is due to the Geelong City Council’s essential continued support.

Workplace Alliance director, Wayne Allan has successfully been involved in this program for a number of years. We strongly advocate for all businesses to get involved and mentor young professionals in improving Australian businesses.
