Workplace Alliance as part of C6 Group are very proud to announce the appointment of Graham Evans as our newest team member.
Graham is a subject matter expert on FMEA (Failure Mode Equipment Analysis), Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and assisting in ISO Accreditation.
The suite of skills Graham brings to our business does not stop there, Graham is also a qualified Mechanical Engineer. Graham recent roles include eight years as Plant Manager for Boral Cement and Area Manager Boral Cement, Victoria.
Graham has a passion for manufacturing in both Geelong and Victoria.
Another skill set of Graham’s, is in the area of OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency). This is a fundamental measuring tool that identifies and aims to mitigate bottlenecks, reduce over-processing and eliminate waste leading to increased cost effectiveness and plant performance.
Graham will add value to our growing business and to all of our interested clients.
